The time we take to perform the service varies according to the size of the home and the areas selected by the client. We always make a visit to the client before providing our first service. It is possible that the first service will take us more time than the next ones, since it is the first contact with the house and its details, however, our services mostly vary between 2.5 to 3 hours, with a team comprised of 2 people.
Yes we do. In those cases, the customer is provided with a technical file that has to be filled out, so we can be informed about the details of his or her allergic medical condition, what affects him and what we may or may not use inside the house. For these cases the customer can provide its own products or tell us beforehand what those products are so we can provide them.
Absolutely yes, we have no problems with pets as long as they are friendly.
